Jaggery - गुड़

हिंदू पूजा अनुष्ठानों में गुड़ को अत्यंत शुभ माना जाता है , जिसे पवित्रता, समृद्धि और दिव्यता के प्रतीक के रूपमें नैवेद्य(दिव्य भोजन) के रूप में अर्पित किया जाता है ।

Jaggery (gud) is highly auspicious in Hindu pooja rituals, offered as naivedya (divine food) to symbolize purity, prosperity, and divinity. It is commonly used as a sacred offering to deities, especially during Sun worship, and to make prasad, such as panjiri.
